Maple Plan
The Maple Plan is designed for those who want to enhance the look of their online presence. We implore the importance with our clients that potential customers are attracted to natural scenes of your business whether your selling a product or service. It gives a sense of comfort of knowing what they are engaging in. We shy away from using stock photos, and shoot natural photos with published photographers, Arielle Palady and Paige Geter.
Oak Plan
The Oak Plan is designed for those needing a full marketing agency. This plan explores limitless potential for creativity. We add another photography session to capture multiple aspects of your business. Video is king when it comes to engaging an audience. Our team can tell your story directly through visual using pro rated cameras and drones. Our videography team has won competitions and even helped political candidates win elections. Website Development & Management:
If you’re starting a new business or wanting to enhance your current brand awareness, the first step is to have a presence online. It all starts with an engaging, stylish and modern website. The website acts as your hub. The goal is to have all channels of your marketing strategy lead to the website. Your website will have tools implemented such as contact forms and information to get potential clients communicating with you or your representative. When IOS or Android updates, we make sure your website is ready for your audience at all times.
*If subscribed to a plan, website & domain fees (if controlled by Hilltree) are included in the monthly price.
Google My Business Management:
Google My Business is the platform to list your business on Google so your are searchable to potential clients. This is the platform where customers will leave reviews to let others know about their experience. It’s very important to manage and reply to positive or negative reviews. An active listing helps with search engine optimization (SEO).
*Google My Business is different than Google Ads. We are able to do Google Ads, but only as an a-le-carte option.
Social Media Management:
Our team specializes in Facebook & Instagram practices. Through extensive research and experience, we can help pinpoint the best times to posts, what content to post, and stay on top of holiday and dates that connect your audience with your business.

Graphic Design
Our graphic designer is prepared to create logos, event fliers, business cards, and other marketing materials for you business. Every aspect of modern marketing includes high quality graphic design. Our designer will work closely with you to capture your vision and apply it to physical marketing material.
Brand Photography Session:
Our photographers will setup a time with you to shoot photos that will help spruce up your website and social media channels (Facebook & Instagram) They will shoot up to 2 hours if needed to capture the essence of what’s needed for that particular month. If you need headshots of staff (up to 3) for your website, or need to highlight a service, product or event, our photographers will provide at least 30. edited photos that you will have access to as long as you are subscribed.
*Photography sessions are not in studio unless shooting a product or food/drink. Photos with people are shot in natural elements. If needing more than 3 headshots, each individual headshot will be $50. After the first revision, the project is considered accepted. Payment in full will be due before any other revisions are completed unless a prior agreement has been stated.
Drone Photography & Video:
Need a video or photo session from the sky? Our FAA certified and insured drone pilot can capture shots that will elevate your marketing channels to new heights. Jesse Hill will schedule a time with you and will provide stunning visuals for all your marketing needs.
Videography:
Our videographers, Michael Geter & Jesse Hill will setup a time to discuss the video project that will help solidify your brand on social media and help enhance your website even further. All videos under this plan includes up to a 2 hour shoot, editing hours to complete the project, and use of drone if needed.
*Our video team is a camera ready duo. We are not a casting agency. We will be happy to supply actors as needed, but an upcharge will be applied to your current subscription price to pay actors & actresses.
