Subscription Cancellation Questions

  • How do I cancel my subscription with Hilltree Marketing?

    Hilltree is a subscription based marketing agency. Just like other subscription services, you can cancel at any time. To cancel, please contact your account manger or fill out the contact form under the contact page.

  • What if I choose to cancel before my next billing period?

    Once you pay for your month subscription, our services are activated. If for some reason you choose to cancel during the middle of the month, we will pro-rate your account for time not used. But, you must contact your account manger to activate cancellation.

  • What happens to my content that was created and captured by Hilltree if I want to cancel? (Logos, Photos, Videos)

    If you choose to cancel your subscription and want to retain rights to the material created and captured by Hilltree such as logos, graphics, photos, and videos, your subscription must be active five months or longer. If you purchased any material from our A-Le-Carte services, you will relieve full usage rights from the time the material is submitted and approved.

  • What happens to my website if I cancel my marketing subscription?

    If you have a website and domain built by Hilltree Marketing and decide to cancel your subscription, we will present you with the following options. You can continue to have your website and domain parked and managed by Hilltree for a hosting fee of $250/month. To make changes to the website, we will charge $60/hr. If you choose to remove your domain and website from Hilltree, we will transfer the website to the desired account manager, but keep in mind, once the website is transferred, we will not be able to assist unless the website is transferred back to our team. Also, you must updated billing information before any transferes to the website.

  • What happens to my social media feeds if I want to cancel services from Hilltree?

    If your social media channels were created and/or managed by Hilltree and you want to cancel your subscription, you have the power to remove Hilltree from the agency section of Facebook. For Instagram, we can supply you with your login information and you can change your password to protect your account. All posts that were schedule past the cancelation date will be removed.

  • What if I am not subscribed, and purchased an A-Le-Carte service?

    If you choose to have an A-Le-Carte service such as photography, videography, drone services, social media management and/or graphic design, you maintain full rights. The only A-Le-Carte service that will need to be updated if you choose to move away from our agency is website. Billing information inside the website must be updated.
